Paul H. List is a real estate appraiser, consultant and analyst who has been active in all forms of real estate appraisals since 1985.  He has been an independent fee appraiser and review appraiser responsible for appraisals of residential, industrial and commercial properties throughout Texas and the United States for clients including various banks, mortgage and finance companies, insurance companies, corporations, attorneys and individuals.  He received the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1993.
